Studio Policy
- Please arrive 10 minutes early
- Cell phones and alarms OFF, please
- No street shoes on studio floor
- Avoid any scented products
- Bring your yoga mat
- Sign-in at front door please
- Advise your instructor of physical challenges
- Avoid heavy meals 2-3 hours before class
